Dr. Lisa N. Folden is a North Carolina licensed physical therapist, NASM certified behavior change specialist and Anti-diet Health & Body Image Coach. She also owns Healthy Phit Physical Therapy & Wellness Consultants in Charlotte, NC.
As a body positive womens health expert and health at every size (HAES®️) ambassador, Dr. Folden assists women seeking healthier lifestyles. Her weight-neutral approach encourages intuitive eating, body acceptance and breaking up with toxic diet culture. Dr. Lisa is a mom of three, published author and speaker who understands the complex needs of the modern busy woman and mom. About Shana Spence
Shana is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in New York. She is an "all foods fit" dietitian. Life is already complicated, why restrict yourself unnecessarily? She creates a platform for open discussion on nutrition and wellness topics that are anti diet, Health at Every Size, non weight centric related, considering all the information circulating around these days. Was she always interested in nutrition? No. Not so long ago, she worked in the fashion industry and hated it. (The joke is: she got a B.S in Fashion Merchandising...get it?) She finally decided to make a change, go back to school and became involved in food policy and public health, where she currently works. In addition to this, she owns her business, The Nutrition Tea which provides consulting and counseling work. Speaking engagements include Peloton, NEDA, Eating Recovery Center, The Rose Retreats, FoodFluence 2022, and Eat Well Global. About Dr. Huma Sheikh
Dr Huma Sheikh is a board-certified Harvard-trained Headache Specialist and Neurologist. She graduated from UMDNJ- Rutgers Medical School and completed a Neurology residency at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx NY. She then completed a Vascular Fellowship followed by another fellowship in "Headache and Facial Pain," at Brigham & Women's Hospital- Harvard Medical School. She now has over 6 years of clinical experience treating complex headaches and takes a holistic approach. Dr. Sheikh is involved in research and started the "Migraine and Vascular Committee," at the American Headache Society (AHS). You can find her on TikTok or in the media spreading awareness and education.
